  1. I am so impressed with your great work and you have very good research about carp wishing how do you position our rods? Do you have the tips in the water? Do you set them both up to point straight ahead? Or do you separate them onto individual bank sticks based on the fact you have one swim to the left of them in the margins and one swim straight ahead at the island? . And carpbuddy.com is a site that provides lots of carp fishing news and carp fishing new and a lot of carp fishing information.

    1. Thanks for you nice comment. In answer to your questions there are a number of factors concerning the positioning of rods terrain, weather the apparatus you use to rest your rods on are just the start but i think what it boils down to the most is personal preference.I tend to favor fishing my 3 rods quite close to each other again this depends on the situation and venue i am fishing. The estate lake i am targeting at the moment doesn't hold many carp and they tend to hold up in the cover of overhanging Rhododendron bushes so i will place my hook baits tight along the edge of the bushes also these will be fished tight rather than slack as it is quite snaggy and as soon as a take happens the fish has to be persuaded to head into open water slack lines may just put the advantage in the carps favor. So i think my advice would probably be fish to your own comfort, whether that's with a pod,rod and line in uniform or single banksticks spread over a larger area.Angling is one of those things that gets better with time and experience but i will say this,no matter how your rods are aesthetically placed on the bank if their not on the fish with sharp hooks and a bait they are prepared to feed on then all the rod positioning in the world won't catch you carp.I hope this has been of some help to you if there is anything else i can help you with your most welcome to ask, take care.
